YouCan Talk Essen
Attention please: with a heavy heart have we decided to end the YouCan Talk location in Essen. We thank all participants for three wonderful evenings in the real perfect “Unperfekthaus”. But we noticed that a location in one’s own domicile is more successful. The “Unperfekthaus” has archived the YouCan Talk project after a brief conversation by telephone with a very friendly colleague. And if necessary, we can activate this location again at any time. If there’s someone who wants to take over this location, you are most welcome! A short call will suffice!
Below you find all information about the last events.

People with Dementia experience Art in a Museum
Since January 2007, the Wilhelm Lehmbruck Museum in Duisburg offers guided tours for people suffering from dementia. When the two museum pedagogues Friederike Winkler and Sybiller Kastner developed the concept for this target group, they did not realize that this would be the first project of its type in all of Germany, a permanent service offered by the museum. This project enables affected people to participate in art and culture in public life.
Speaker: Sybille Kastner, Art Pedagogue – Wilhelm-Lehmbruck Museum, Duisburg
